Account Registration

Step-by-step guide to creating your vendor account on the Grand Shift platform.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following ready:

  • A valid Saudi mobile number (starts with 5).
  • Access to the mobile phone to receive SMS OTP.
  • Basic business information (Business Name).
  • Visit our Landing Page for more details.

Registration Steps

Phone Verification

Navigate to the Registration Page. Enter your Saudi mobile number in the provided field.

Note: You must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to proceed.

OTP Confirmation

You will receive a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS.

Testing Environment

For testing purposes, you can use the static OTP code: 123456

Account Credentials

Set up your personal access credentials:

  • First Name & Last Name
  • Password (Min 8 chars, uppercase, lowercase, number)

Business Information

Enter your Business Name. The registration date will be automatically set to today.

Post-Registration

Account Review Status

After completing these steps, your account will be placed in a Under Review state.

Our team typically reviews new vendor registrations within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved.
