How to Complete Your Profile
Click the Edit Button
Navigate to your Profile page and click the Edit Profile button to enter editing mode.
Fill in Company Details
Complete all company information fields. Both Arabic and English fields are required.
- Company Name (Arabic & English)
- Commercial Registration Number
- VAT Number
- Company Description (Arabic & English)
Add Contact & Address Information
Provide your business contact details and official address.
- Contact person name, email, and phone number
- Business address, city, and country
- Website URL (optional)
Upload Your Business Logo
Upload your business logo in PNG or JPG format (maximum 2MB). This will be displayed across the platform.
Save Your Changes
Review all the information you entered and click Save to update your profile. Make sure all required fields are filled before saving.
Quick Tip
You can return to edit your profile at any time. The profile completion percentage on your dashboard shows your progress.
Environment Differences
In testing, only the logo upload is required. Other fields are optional but recommended for testing.
